Q. What are the differences in product conditions you sell?
A. Our products are offered in 3 conditions:
New Shelf Pulls
New products from retail store were never sold to a consumer, these are sealed but may have price tags or stickers.
Open Box means a product returned by a consumer to a retail location for many different reasons; gift returns, changed mind, want another color, compatibility problem, not satisfied, and more. Those products have been used for 30 days or less and shows no sign of wear.
Open Box products have gone through our high standard quality process: Every electronics components have been tested 100% functional and meet all original manufacturer specifications. No repair has been attempted on products. Products has been inspected and cleaned to looks like a new one. Retail Box & All Accessories included in the original packaging will be supplied.
Used products also have gone through our high standard quality process and were tested 100% functional. These may show no to little sign of wear, retail Box may be missing, All Essential accessories are included (like power cable) but Extra may be missing (like Ink/Toner for a Printer).
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. You can pay directly on our website for all your orders, with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. All our prices are in Canadian Dollars.
Q. Can I negotiate prices or get a volume discount?
A. Discount Factory have a policy to offer the Best Products at the Best Price consequently we don't do individual negotiation but we do offer a 5% Discount to our registered customers. The customer discount will be automatically applied at checkout if you have an account on discountfactory.ca so we recommend to Sign Up before ordering.
Q. How much does shipping cost and what's your Shipping Policy ?
A. Shipping within Canada is Free & we do not ship Internationally at this time. We ship with Canada Post and FedEx Ground. A tracking number will be supplied within 1 business day after the payment is completed. Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 open days from date of payment.
Q. I am based outside of Canada, can I order from Discount Factory?
A. Yes, if you have a Canadian shipping address where we can ship to. You will be responsible that the products are eligible for exporting outside of Canada and to comply with all applicable requirements including but not limited to export shipping and import fees.
Q. How often will I receive your newsletter if I subscribe?
A. We understand your time is important, so we send our newsletter only to inform about new arrivals and special offers no more than once a week.
Q. Can I get more info or more photos of a product I’m interested in?
A. All information we have from a specific product are posted on its page. If you want more information on a product, we suggest searching the manufacturer website.
Q. What is your Return Policy?
A. Discounts Factory sell all products with a risk-free 30 days warranty. Products need to be returned to our Canadian warehouse to get a refund. Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the retuned products. Items with Serial numbers like tablets, smartphones or electronics will be verified to match our database. All return shipping labels that were not used after 30 days will be automatically cancelled and the return request closed. If you need to proceed with a return or if there's any issues related to an order you made, contact us and we will correct the situation promptly.
